Seika Machinery, Inc. Introduces Application to Remove Moisture from Cell Phones

Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, introduces a McDry application for the recovery of data and removal of moisture from cell phones submerged in water.

In Japan, the police department purchased McDry Ultra Low Humidity Storage Cabinets for their scientific investigation labs in all prefectures. The purpose for using the dry boxes was to remove moisture reliably from cellular phones that were submerged under water and to allow safe retrieval of data.
