WM7000 Series – Desktop EMC Noise Scanner
High-resolution EMI source visualization for PCBs, cables, and compact assemblies (A4–A3 size).
The Morita-Tech WM7000 Series is a high-performance desktop EMC noise scanning system designed to identify where electromagnetic noise is generated across circuit boards, cables, and electronic assemblies. By combining automated probe scanning, laser distance measurement, and visual noise mapping, WM7000 systems enable engineers to quickly pinpoint EMI sources and validate countermeasures.
Available models support scanning areas up to A4 size (WM7400) or A3 size (WM7300), with frequency coverage up to 8 GHz depending on configuration.
Key Description
The WM7000 Series provides spatial visualization of electromagnetic emissions by scanning a near-field probe over the device under test while maintaining a constant distance using a laser rangefinder. Measured noise is displayed as a color-mapped image overlaid on a photograph of the target object, making noise sources easy to identify.
1. Scan (automated probe movement with distance control)
2. Analyze (frequency-selective EMI measurement)
3. Visualize (noise map overlaid on DUT image)
Models
WM7400 (up to A4 size)
A compact, high-speed EMC noise scanner for printed circuit boards and small assemblies. Supports multiple scanning modes for boards, components, and cables.
WM7300 (up to A3 size)
Designed for larger targets such as long cables or large PCBs that exceed the WM7400 scanning area.
Core Features
