Seika Machinery Announces Two Major Product Introductions at APEX: Article

TORRANCE, CA — March 2016 — Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, will debut two additional new products at the 2016 IPC APEX EXPO. A new McDry Cabinet and Eightech reflow soldering system will be introduced at the show.

The McDry (HM-1001BNF) with Automatic N2 Flow Rate Control allows nitrogen to flow in at up to 20 L/min until the oxygen level reaches the specified limit.  Once this set point has been met, the N2 flow will automatically reduce to the minimal amount needed to control the O2 concentration.

The new McDry HM-1001BNF N2 Auto-Purge Model features an ultra-low humidity rapid dehumidication drying unit. With an RH level of just one percent, the system features automatic nitrogen purge upon opening/closing of doors. The ESD safe system also offers a power saving mode to reduce electricity costs.

The new Eightech Nitrogen Reflow Oven is a high-performance N2 reflow system made in Japan with precision ramp-up heating and high-speed cooling capability. The quality build of Eightech ovens using heat-insulating materials provides energy savings and a safe environment on the factory floor. Eightech ovens feature low-power consumption and a large capacity, a flux collection unit, and are easy to maintain. In addition, Eightech ovens are competitively priced.
