FT-3130 series constant stress/strain fatigue tester counts number of strokes until the test piece is broken.A test is done for 10 pieces at maximum of test pieces such as dumbbell shaped ones applied a certain dynamic load (constant stress mode) or dynamic strain (constant strain mode) at a preset frequency.
Rubber testing - Constant Stress/Strain Fatigue Tester (Series FT-3130) - Description
The FT-3130 series constant stress/strain fatigue tester applies dynamic stress or strain on test pieces and gives repeated tension at a fixed stroke to count number of strokes until the test piece is broken. It can test simultaneously on 10 of test pieces at maximum.
Load is monitored in constant strain mode, and tension is in constant stress on PC screen during a test
Features
- Up to 10 test pieces can be tested simultaneously.
- It can detect breakage of each test piece and stop counting. When all the test pieces are broken, the machine will stop automatically.
- S-N curve (load vs count or tension vs count) can be displayed on PC screen during a test.
- Test results are saved in CSV files.
- It has a rotating handle convenient for setting test pieces on chucks.
